Access to and use of jp89 is strictly conditional upon meeting all of the following eligibility requirements:
3.1 Accurate Information. When registering on jp89, you must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid national identity number (NIK), email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jp89 will treat any action taken using your username and password as authorized by you. You must notify jp89 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jp89 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
3.3 Verification (KYC). jp89 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national ID (KTP), passport, or driver's license, along with proof of address. Until KYC verification is complete, jp89 may restrict withdrawals, limit deposit amounts, or suspend account functionality.
3.4 Single Account Rule. Each Member may maintain only one registered account. If jp89 detects duplicate accounts associated with the same individual — identified by matching identity documents, device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, or any combination thereof — jp89 may merge or close duplicate accounts at its sole discretion and void any associated wagering activity.
3.5 Account Transfer. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Selling, gifting, lending, or otherwise transferring your account to any other person is prohibited and constitutes immediate grounds for permanent account closure.
4.1 Supported Currency. jp89 operates exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in IDR.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. jp89 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following channels:
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit per transaction is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and will be returned to the originating payment method.
4.4 Deposit Processing. Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your jp89 account within minutes during standard banking hours. During peak periods or system maintenance windows, processing may take up to 30 minutes. jp89 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
4.5 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the Member's own name and matching the identity information on file. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. jp89 processes withdrawal requests within 1–3 business hours during operational hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next operational cycle.
4.6 KYC Requirement for Withdrawals. All Members must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal. jp89 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding a cumulative threshold. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 calendar days may result in withdrawal cancellation and return of funds to the Member's account balance.
4.7 Own Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited are from legitimate sources and are legally owned by you. jp89 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits and withdrawals that trigger internal risk thresholds.
5.1 Promotional Eligibility. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by jp89 are subject to these general terms plus any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable multiplier (commonly expressed as, for example, "30x bonus value") will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of remaining bonus funds.
5.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotion is available once per Member, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including via duplicate accounts — is considered fraudulent activity.
5.4 Excluded Markets. jp89 reserves the right to exclude certain game categories, bet types, or odds ranges from contributing toward bonus wagering requirements. Specific exclusions will be listed in the relevant promotion's terms. As a general rule, bets with odds below 1.50 (European format) may not count toward wagering contributions for sports bonuses.
5.5 Bonus Withdrawal Order. Where a Member's account holds both Real Balance and Bonus Funds simultaneously, Real Balance is used first for wagering unless the bonus terms explicitly state otherwise.
5.6 jp89's Discretion. jp89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus funds that have already been credited and are subject to active wagering requirements will not be retroactively altered by such changes.
5.7 Seasonal Promotions. jp89 may offer special promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural and sporting events, including but not limited to Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), BRI Liga 1 season milestones, and the Piala AFF (AFF Cup). All such promotions are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of launch.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets are subject to acceptance by jp89. jp89 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets where odds errors, system malfunctions, or suspected fraudulent activity are identified.
6.2 Odds Accuracy. jp89 makes every effort to ensure that all published odds and lines are accurate. However, in the event of an obvious error (palpable error) — such as an inverted odds pair, missing decimal point, or odds grossly inconsistent with the market — jp89 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet has been settled or the event has concluded.
6.3 Settlement. Bets on sporting events are settled according to the official result as declared by the governing sports body. In the event of a protest, disqualification, or ruling reversal after initial settlement, jp89 will re-settle affected bets in accordance with the revised official result within 72 hours of the decision.
6.4 Mix Parlay Rules. For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the bet to be successful. If any selection is postponed or void, jp89 will apply standard void-selection rules: the voided leg is removed from the parlay and the remaining selections stand at reduced odds. If only one valid selection remains, the bet is settled as a single.
6.5 Live Betting Delays. Live (in-play) betting markets experience a natural delay between the actual event and the data feed displayed on jp89. jp89 is not liable for bet acceptance or rejection based on this delay. Members acknowledge that odds fluctuate rapidly during live events and that their bet may be placed at different odds than displayed at the moment of submission.
6.6 Togel and Numbers Games. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are determined by official draws conducted in Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, and other designated markets. jp89 publishes draw results as reported by the official operator. Any disputes regarding draw results must be resolved with the official lottery body and are outside jp89's control.
6.7 Casino and Slot Games. All casino table games and slot titles on jp89 operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent third-party testing labs. jp89 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published by the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft) and are theoretical averages over millions of game rounds — individual session results will vary.
6.8 Sabung Ayam (Cockfighting). Sabung ayam (online cockfighting) bets are settled based on the official match result declared by the arena operator. jp89 acts as a platform and does not control match outcomes. Bets on matches abandoned or postponed indefinitely will be voided.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on jp89 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, and permanent ban:
8.1 jp89 Ownership. All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and other materials available on the jp89 platform are the exclusive property of jp89 or its licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License. jp89 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit any redistribution, resale, modification, reverse-engineering, or derivative use of jp89 content.
8.3 Third-Party Content. 9.2 Third-Party Services. jp89 integrates with third-party payment processors, game providers, and sports data suppliers. jp89 is not responsible for errors, delays, or service interruptions caused by these third parties. Members acknowledge that issues with bank transfers, e-wallet deposits, or game provider downtime are outside jp89's direct control.
9.3 No Consequential Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, jp89 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if jp89 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.4 Maximum Aggregate Liability. In any event, jp89's total aggregate liability to any Member under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Member to jp89 in the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.5 Member Responsibility. You acknowledge that online betting carries financial risk and that you are solely responsible for all decisions to place bets on jp89. jp89 does not provide gambling advice, financial advice, or recommendations regarding which bets to place. You wager at your own risk.
10.1 Privacy Policy. jp89 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using jp89, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 Data Security. jp89 employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmissions and stores all sensitive personal information on secure servers with restricted access. Self-exclusion periods of 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion are available. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's account is locked and cannot be reopened until the exclusion period expires.
11.3 Deposit Limits. Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased for 72 hours. Limit decreases take effect immediately.
11.4 Time-Out Feature. Members may activate a temporary "time-out" on their account, preventing login for a chosen period (24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days). This feature is less restrictive than self-exclusion and does not require a formal request to lift.

12.2 jp89-Initiated Termination. jp89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account if:
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, all pending bets will be settled according to standard rules. Real Balance will be returned to the Member unless jp89 has reasonable grounds to believe the funds were obtained through prohibited conduct. Bonus Funds, loyalty points, and promotional credits are forfeited immediately upon termination.
12.4 Survival of Terms. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution survive termination of your account and continue to bind both parties indefinitely.
13.1 Right to Amend. jp89 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email, account notification, or prominent site banner at least 7 days before taking effect.
13.2 Continued Use Constitutes Acceptance. By continuing to use the jp89 platform after the effective date of any amendments, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cease using jp89 and close your account before the changes take effect.
13.3 Version Control. The current version of these Terms is dated January 2026 and supersedes all prior versions. jp89 maintains an archive of previous Terms versions available upon request.
14.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to international online gaming platforms. Where Indonesian consumer protection law provides stronger rights to Members than these Terms, those statutory rights shall prevail.
14.2 Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of jp89, you agree to first attempt resolution through jp89's internal complaints process by contacting customer support. jp89 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 7 business days.
14.3 Escalation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, either party may escalate the matter to senior management for review. jp89 commits to resolving escalated disputes within 30 calendar days where reasonably possible.
14.4 Arbitration. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be mutually agreed or, failing agreement, determined by the arbitration body.
14.5 Class Action Waiver. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding.
